DONATE TO OUR END-OF-YEAR CAMPAIGN

Dear Friends of Eswatini Members — Sawubona!

As we approach the end of another noteworthy year, the Board of Friends of Eswatini remains grateful for your sustained support and commitment to our mission. Our work in Eswatini is made possible through your on-going generosity, commitment, and belief in the power of our combined action. As we reflect on the past year, we are pleased to report on the meaningful difference we have made and look ahead to our anticipated contributions to positive change in the Kingdom in the future.

In 2024, FOE provided a total of $3,150 in financial support to the following initiatives:

  • Young Heroes Foundation, provides shelter, schooling & medical support to Swazi AIDs orphans
  • She Power, supporting the local Women’s Empowerment Conference
  • The Fisher Talent Group, engaging vulnerable athletes with better opportunities
  • Pasture Valley Farm and Children’s Home, providing a safe, nurturing home to 40+ orphans
  • PCV-led Peace Corps Partnership Projects:
    • A youth-led goat raising project
    • A youth business project (broiler chickens)
    • A school library creation project

While we recognize the progress we’ve made together in 2024, we also acknowledge there is still much work to be done. Eswatini clearly faces ongoing challenges, and we are committed to addressing them with the same determination and compassion that we have in the past. We are expecting new Peace Corps Partnership Project proposals to consider later this year or next, and pledge to continue to support local organizations with the same historic commitment we’ve always had.
