We are making a mid-year appeal for donations this year as we have continued to fund multiple recipients throughout the year. This has reduced our bank account to the point where we lack sufficient resources to consider further donations to Eswatini at this time.
Friends of Eswatini has disbursed $3,500 to projects in Eswatini since January, including $500 donations to: t.
- Three Peace Corps Partnership Projects:
- Sports Field
- Drinking Water and Sanitation
- High School Resource Center.
- Four $500 grants each to known and trusted NGOs:
- Bantwana
- Vusumnotfo
- Pasture Valley and Children’s Home
- Possible Dreams International.
Our recipients and the board are grateful to members that contribute to us so we can fund projects that have a positive effect on the lives of the Swazi people.
Please consider a mid-year donation so we can continue supporting Eswatini-based non-profit organizations or any new Peace Corps Partnership Projects that current Volunteers propose through the remainder of 2026.
Our fund-raising target for this appeal is $1500.
